Nick Paul is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in marine biology. He served as Co-Director of MACRO at James Cook University from July 2013 to December 2016 and was a Principal Research Fellow for nearly seven years within the College of Marine & Environmental Sciences. A co-founder of MACRO, he pursued his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences at UNSW Australia and holds a first-class Honours degree in Marine Biology. With over a decade at James Cook University, he has established himself as a significant contributor to aquaculture and fisheries research.
