Yonatan Golan is the CEO of Brevel, Israel, where he is dedicated to addressing climate change through sustainable nutrition and innovative science. Since transitioning to a vegan diet in 2012, he has successfully steered Brevel from a small startup to a leading player in the alternative protein sector, securing over $20 million in funding and receiving various accolades. Previously, he co-founded a thriving food co-operative with over 400 member-workers, ensuring its profitability from 2012 to 2016. Yonatan holds an MSc in biophysics and has published research in Nature exploring immune T-cell physics.
