Reka Mocsai is a research professional with extensive expertise in food chemistry and biotechnology. Since 2016, she has been affiliated with the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. Prior to this, she worked as an Assistant Research Fellow at the National Agricultural Research and Innovation Centre - Food Science Research Institute from January 2014 to September 2016. Mocsai also served as a guest researcher at BOKU and holds a PhD in Food Chemistry and Biotechnology (2020) and a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences (2014) from Semmelweis University.
