Previously, he served as an Industrial Project Manager at Nestlé France and Ireland from 2009 to 2017, focusing primarily on infant formula. His career also includes various roles in production and engineering at United Biscuits from 2004 to 2009. He holds a background in Food Engineering from AgroParisTech, graduating in 2000.
