Marie-Dominique Plan is the co-founder of Aqua-B, established in 1992. Dedicated to fostering a love for ocean treasures, the company initially specialised in seaweed farming through a multi-trophic system involving algae, mussels, and urchins. Aqua-B later launched the brand Marinoë, focusing on edible seaweed and its various culinary applications. As a family-run business, Aqua-B continues to innovate and explore new ideas to reinvent everyday food experiences.
