Maria Daglia is a full professor of Food Chemistry at the University of Naples, Federico II. She has significant experience as an Associate Professor at the University of Pavia since April 2015, where she also coordinates the post-degree Course of Nutraceutical Products. Daglia is responsible for the Laboratory of Food Chemistry and Nutraceuticals within the Department of Drug Sciences and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology. She is recognised as an expert in Food Chemistry and Analysis and has published extensively in her field.
