João Heitor de Avila Santos is an Innovation Consultant at EurA AG since 2021. Previously, he served as a Consultant at SPI - Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação in 2020 and held the position of Academic Head at Unifacex from 2017 to 2019. He coordinated the Distance Education Centre at UNIFACEX and was an Associate Professor at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte during the same period. João earned his Doctor of Business Administration in Innovation, Technology, and Sustainability from the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2013-2016) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, focusing on Organizational Behavior (2007-2011).
