Jean-Michel Pommet is the Founder, President, and Chief Scientific Officer of BLU EAT since November 2019. He also serves as Head of Biomass Valorization at Planctonid and VP of Innovation & Business Development at Urban Algae, both roles commencing in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Previously, he was the Product and Business Development Director at Fermentalg from June 2018 to November 2019, and held the position of Director of Innovation & Business Development at AlgoSource from March 2016 to May 2018. Pommet holds a PhD in recombinant proteins from the University of Montpellier.
