Henrique Ramos has over 16 years of experience in fisheries and marine life, with a solid foundation in geography and marine biology. He has participated in various at-sea Observer Programmes and served as a provider for governmental bodies, including the Portuguese and Angolan governments, as well as the EU DG-MARE. His expertise encompasses aquaculture initiatives that promote Azorean products, algae harvesting for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors, and GIS tools for tuna fisheries analysis. He has also trained over 250 fisheries observers and contributed to scientific projects under the EU Data Collection Framework.
