Gaurav Rajauria is a Lecturer in Bioeconomy at Munster Technological University and a Funded Investigator at the BiOrbic SFI Bioeconomy Research Centre. He has served as an Academic Principal Investigator at Shannon Applied Biotechnology Centre since January 2021. Previously, he was a Senior Research Scientist in the School of Food Science and Environmental Health at Technological University Dublin from December 2018 to December 2020. Gaurav holds a PhD, completed between 2008 and 2013, and has extensive expertise in sustainable agriculture and bioeconomy research.
