Debbie Bartlett is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management and a Chartered Landscape Architect. She has over 17 years of experience at the University of Greenwich, currently serving as a Professor of Environmental Conservation and Programme Leader for the MSc in Environmental Conservation. Her specialties include landscape ecology and the socio-economics of woodlands. She is engaged in research on coppice woodlands and collaborates with IUCN Commissions. Bartlett holds a PhD from the University of Greenwich, focusing on socio-economics and environmental aspects of woodland management. She has received a CLA award for services to forestry.
