Daniel Patón's main research focus is on Ecological Modelling, applicable across various disciplines including Dendroecology, Landscape Ecology, Grassland Ecology, Bioacoustics, and Marine Biology. He completed his Biology degree at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 1987 and earned a PhD in Animal Biology in 1993, achieving the highest distinction. He has supervised 15 student research projects and engaged in 14 scientific initiatives. An accomplished author, he has written 13 book chapters, 50 scientific papers, and presented 104 communications at conferences. He is also passionate about scientific dissemination and values his diverse experiences in the field.
