Colleen Raffin is an experienced Industrialization and Continuous Improvement Engineer based in Libourne, France. Currently employed at Fermentalg since August 2023, she is responsible for the industrialization of new processes developed by the R&D department, implementing strategies, and optimizing production flows. Previously, she served as a Fermentation Engineer from August 2022 to August 2023, managing laboratory-scale tests and coordinating teams. Her earlier roles include R&D Fermentation Engineer and involvement in the SPIRU-Fix project. Colleen holds an engineering degree in Biotechnology from Polytech Marseille and a DESU in experimental strategy from Aix-Marseille Université.
