Beatrice Arnese is a Ph.D. candidate in Food Law at the University of Roma Tre, with a focus on comparative and European legal systems. She is currently engaged as a visiting Ph.D. student at Université de Bordeaux and has previous experience as a trainee lawyer at AKRAN Intellectual Property. Beatrice holds an LLM in Food Law and a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Trento. Her research includes the sustainability of geographical indications in the wine sector and she has practical legal experience in food law and intellectual property.
