Antonio Muiños is the founder of Porto-Muiños S.L., a family business established in 1998 with his wife, Rosa Mirás. Initially focusing on dehydrated and preserved algae, the company has expanded its product range to include powdered, salted, and fresh algae, the latter enjoying significant success. Porto-Muiños distributes its products throughout Spain and internationally across five continents. The couple attributes the success of their enterprise to their commitment to studying and promoting the organoleptic qualities of algae. Antonio is also a published author, contributing to the knowledge and appreciation of this unique food source.
