Anne-Flore Monnet is a Product Developer at ALGAMA since December 2019. She completed her PhD in Food Sciences at AgroParisTech in 2018, following a research period at INRAE focused on the processing of cereal and legume raw materials into food. In 2014, she undertook an internship at INRAE within the AgroParisTech team. She holds an engineering degree in agricultural sciences from ISARA-Lyon, awarded in 2013. Her work has significantly contributed to food science research, as highlighted on ResearchGate.
