This video presents the Baltic MUPPETS project and the I3 programme, aimed at developing new uses for small Baltic Sea mussels in pet food, supporting the region's blue bioeconomy. Running from 2022 to 2025, the project involves 12 partners from 5 countries with a budget of €7.34 million. A key goal is to encourage start-ups and SMEs to enter this emerging market, boosting innovation and sustainability.
