Shahla Radmehr is a PhD researcher in algae-bacteria membrane bioreactors in Finland, focusing on algae-bacteria interactions for wastewater treatment and the extraction of byproducts such as FAME, lipids, proteins, and polysaccharides. Currently, she serves as a visiting researcher at Tampere University, working on bacterial DNA cloning. Since September 2019, she has been a junior researcher at LUT University, investigating co-cultivation in membrane bioreactors. Her previous experience includes a visiting researcher position at the University of Cambridge, where she studied algae-bacteria relationships. Shahla holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
