Eduardo Morgado holds a Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering Degree from IST (1978) and a degree in Environmental Systems Management from ISCTE (2004). He is a retired professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, computer science, and the cement, energy, and waste management sectors. Morgado has co-authored two environmental guides (2007, 2012) and serves as Vice-President of the Portuguese Association for Quality (APQ). He is also General Secretary of the Portuguese Association of Algae Producers (Proalga) and convenor of several Portuguese mirror committees focused on ISO standards in risk management and governance.
