Anne Desrochers is a Plant Production and Protection Specialist with the FAO in Barbados, currently serving since May 2024. She has over four years of experience with the FAO and has been the Director of Solanum Consulting since June 2017. Desrochers is a PhD candidate in Environmental Studies at the University of the West Indies, having previously earned a Master's degree in Bioresource and Agricultural Engineering from McGill University. Her expertise spans agricultural and rural development, technical vocational education, and crop production.
